Communicating Sponsorship Results Post-Event
Within 30 days of each event, PMI OVOC will share a Report to Sponsors communicate ROI to sponsors and to help build the foundation for future work together.
The Report to Sponsors will provide:
Executive summary
- An overview of the event, summarizing the purpose, number of attendees, and key highlights/deliverables.
Attendee profile
- Summary of attendee demographics.
Sponsor exposure
- Brand Awareness Metrics – Branded emails sent, clicks to social media links and engagement.
- Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter posts that mention event and feature sponsors.
Celebrate off-site exposure
- Print – Ads or articles in which the sponsor’s name/ logo appears.
Visuals
- Capture photos of attendees engaged in events, screenshots of social media and video clippings of sponsor presentations.
