May 2017 Saturday Seminar -KINGSTON

Topic: How to Turn Conflict into a Positive Catalyst for Change

How do you foster a more effective, less stressful work environment when there are different personalities with varying points of view? Wherever people congregate, conflict is inevitable and there are few circumstances worse than when conflicts flare up and aren’t properly resolved. It’s stressful, it’s frustrating, and it zaps our energy. Conflict can seriously jeopardize stakeholder engagement and project success.

Learn the essential tools and techniques to reduce the amount and seriousness of conflict, how to deal with conflict appropriately when it does arise, and how to benefit from the opportunities available to us in conflict situations.
