2018 Members Annual Business Meeting

Overview:

The May 3rd, 2018 Annual Business Meeting is complimentary and exclusively for members of the PMI OVOC.  The purpose of this meeting is to introduce you to the newly appointed 2018 Board of Directors, explain OVOC operations and to provide a networking opportunity to meet with other chapter members.  

Why Attend:

  • Discover how your chapter is working for you.
  • Let your voice be heard - help us by attending and providing your input to the Chapter operations. 
  • Learn about the PMI OVOC 2017 successes and what is in store for 2018.
  • Enjoy some refreshments while networking with fellow members.
  • Win a Door Prize! (among other great prizes, you could win a free pass for a  Lunch Seminar, Saturday Seminar or a half-price pass to this year's Symposium.
  • If you’re PMP certified, you can earn one (1) PDU under Strategic and Business Management as it pertains to The PMI Talent Triangle®.
  • PMI OVOC will register PDUs for you.

Members Motions:

  • Motions received via email (send to info@pmiovoc.org) by April 27th, 2018, will be prepared in slide format for presentation, discussion and voting onsite at the ABM.  All motions received after this date and at the meeting will be read to the membership for discussion and voting.
  • Only "seconded" motions will be considered at the meeting.
  • Motion Forms - There will be some hard copies available on site for any members wishing to raise a motion during the New Business Section on the day of the meeting.

Some documents pertaining to the meeting may be available on this page closer to the day of the event.  To access any documents posted here, all PMI OVOC members will need to sign in to the members-only area of the website.

4:00 PM Registration Check-in and Networking. The RCJR Mess bar is open.
4:30 PM Light snacks available on buffet table.
5:00 PM Annual Business Meeting begins.
6:00 PM Annual Business Meeting ends.
6:00 - 6:30 Prize Draw, More Networking, Light Snacks on buffet table.
