Presenter 1: Robin Saunders, PMP
Skydiving out of ‘perfectly good’ airplanes and building new hospitals requires a great deal of planning, preparation and risk assessment and Robin Saunders is well suited for this.  Her years in project and hospital management make her a veteran of understanding end-user needs and converting those into well designed projects and deliverables.  Her drivers include advancing project management, technology and data analytics to ensure healthcare providers have the most up-to-date tools at their fingertips.  As Director of Information Management and Technology Robin was instrumental in the successful implementation of an electronic patient record, the transition to the new Providence Care Hospital and the advancement of healthcare analytics at PCH.  She continues to move the organization forward in projects, analytics, and technology.
