Laszlo is past Vice-President of the Program and Risk Management Office (PRMO) at Allen Vanguard Corporation. Previously, Laszlo was with General Dynamics Canada, the Irving Group of Companies and SED Systems. A leader focused on accountability, leadership, and business success, Laszlo is also a recipient of the 2013 UCI Extension Distinguished Instructor Award.

Presenter: Alexander Stanisic, Project Management Consultant

Alexander is a seasoned business professional with 12+ years’ experience delivering best-practice based strategic execution solutions within both public and private sectors. He leads and manages the practice both from a delivery and development of best/right fit practices perspective. He brings a wealth of hands on experience, a knowledge and understanding of how strategic execution really works in organizations and its application for real value and results.

In 2001 he joined a Fortune 500 U.S. firm and then in 2009 established his own company which he continues to lead exclusively. Alexander has since served as Lead Principal and Project Manager, and has taught 10 university-accredited courses for Global Knowledge in association with McMaster University. Alexander has been privileged to serve a diverse corporate clientele, teaching more than 1,500 people in all major Canadian cities since 2011.

A tenured consultant and facilitator, Alexander has acquired superb project management and leadership experience. His success in strategic execution is both a function of his technical expertise and aptitude for building trust among diverse and often skeptical stakeholder groups. A strong facilitator, Alexander is able to present a compelling case for change drawing on his in-depth knowledge of the real issues. His amazing collaborative and interpersonal style ensures stakeholders are always informed, if not engaged in building workable solutions that they will own long after the consulting or training assignment is completed.

Alexander has postgraduate-level education from the Graduate School of Engineering, Stanford University in California and PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL and Change Management certifications.
