About the 2017 theme: Transforming Project Management Excellence: Driving Change.
Whether we are within a changing work environment, or involved in new technology or innovation within our projects, or the challenges of a changing workplace demographic shift, we as project managers are constantly having to deal with change. This year's Symposium will be geared towards that constant change and the challenges it presents preparing the project management community to be catalysts and leaders of change within our organizations to prepare our projects, sponsors, and project teams to be effective PMs for 2020 and beyond.
We plan to follow a similar format to last year with 2 or 3 tracks at each time slot for the 2 Day Symposium that participates can jump from track to track or speaker to speaker based on their interest.
We will have 2 Keynote speakers kicking off both the Tuesday and Wednesday morning sessions.
