Member Information Session - Chapter Bylaws and Article of Amendments Updates for ONCA Compliance

As mentioned at the AGM and in The Leader Newsletter, PMI OVOC is required to update its current bylaws to enable continued compliance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. The updated bylaws and articles of amendments have been posted in the members portal for the 30-day review by the Chapter membership. A focus group and information session prior to member voting will be held on Wednesday, October 9th at 7 p.m. for anyone interested in learning more. Come to the session with all of your questions and suggestions!
