Webinar: Antifragile Communication: Agendas and Meeting Structure
Antifragile Communication: Agendas and Meeting Structure
There are more than 25 million meetings per day in the U.S. and $37 billion $USD per year is spent on unproductive meetings. A published article cites that more than 67% of managers consider meetings a waste of time. On the other hand, productive meetings can move ideas into plans that take implementation to project success. We’ll look at a 4-Blocker approach to creating anti-fragile meeting agendas. This webinar will conclude with a sample meeting agenda template for participants.
