Your world is changing.  IDC is forecasting that US$6.8 Trillion will be spent on digital transformation globally between 2020 and 2023.  That’s almost $900 for every person on the planet!  And how much of that is going to be spent ensuring all those people are ready for that change?  Not enough, and that’s what we’re going to discuss in this presentation.  Ensuring that your transformations succeed by engaging the people to help, not imposing change on those people.
