Lunch & Learn | Elegance? VUCA? A Pointy Point-of-View
Session Abstract:
Join us for a lively and interactive lunch and learn session titled "Elegance? VUCA? A Pointy Point-of-View." In today’s frantic work environments, the safe choice is to accept messiness, surrender to VUCA, and disguise the chaos with the term “agile.” A team that surrenders to VUCA is cynical, disengaged, undisciplined, and unempathetic.
There is an alternate point-of-view – a daring, provocative, pointy point-of-view. This point of view embraces discipline, empathy, and collaborative ambition. This session shares the metaphors, mechanics, and money (cost profile) of the VUCA and anti-VUCA work cultures. The anti-VUCA culture is disciplined, empathetic … in a word elegant. The session gives you the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of this pointy-point-of-view. The speaker hopes you will reject VUCA and adopt an Elegant culture to achieve a collaborative advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from the comfort of your home or office, share insights, and gain fresh tools to enhance your leadership approach. Grab your lunch, login, and get ready for an inspiring session!
