What is Agile and the Agile Mindset

There is so much talk about Agile lately.  Is it only for IT departments and Software Development?  Can these techniques be used elsewhere?  This presentation will lay out, in non-technical language, the full scope of Agile.  Come see why these changes lead to higher productivity as teams deliver more work without spending additional time.  Successful Agile transformations occur when organizations realize there is more to doing Agile.  Success also includes thinking differently about work, teams and accountability.  The Agile mindset is critical for success.

Michael Palladino

Michael Palladino is the Director of the Agile Center of Excellence at Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals.  Mike is an Agile, Project Management and PMI ATP adjunct professor at Villanova University, Past President of PMI-DVC and an author for Data Management University Magazine.  He has presented in many countries for over 20 years.
