Ahmed will talk about why most companies use buzzwords, catch phrases, and acronyms that every industry employs. That can be intimidating, overwhelming, and discouraging to those using project management for their business. Ahmed will also cover the structure and organization of your business as well as how to manage your business as a project using the 3Ps (Prepare, Plan, and Perform).

Ahmed has spent the last 30 years in the project management industry with more than 20 organizations including Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. Fluent in three languages (English, French, and Arabic) and with three degrees—including a doctorate in Business Administration—serial entrepreneur and seasoned project, product, and program management consultant Ahmed Zouhair knows the value of hard work.

He also understands what it takes to build an enterprise from scratch. While today his international roster of clients includes companies and individuals from the education, IT, telecommunications, digital security, oil and gas, finance/ banking, and non-profit sectors, Ahmed’s career didn’t start out that way.
