Come and join us for another community outreach meeting for the Kingston and the neighbouring areas and a Guest Lecture by Tarek Hussein

The event is open to current PMI-OVOC members, PMI Members, Project Managers, and individuals interested in Project Management. Chapter members are encouraged to invite other professionals or students involved in Project Management.

The power of mentorship and coaching in fostering projects team members’ talent 

In project management, the shift towards servant leadership has revolutionized how teams operate and succeed. By the end of this session, participants will acquire actionable insights into how servant leadership complements and enhances mentorship and coaching. Speaker bio:

Get ready to be inspired by Tarek, a pharmacist and healthcare management consultant who has significantly impacted his field. As the co-founder, owner, and manager of Weller Pharmacy, Tarek has been recognized for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality healthcare services to the community. He is a recognized expert and trainer, training other pharmacists on safe medication practices, evidence-based decision-making, and legislative framework and regulations governing the pharmacy profession in Ontario. Tarek is a strong community leader, supporting community organizations and advocating for equity, diversity, inclusion, indignity, and accessibility. He is also a living wage champion and a sustainability advocate. Tarek is pursuing his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto's Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy with a special focus on global health. Get ready to hear from an exceptional leader and learn from his experience and expertise.
