Get ready to be inspired by Tarek, a pharmacist and healthcare management consultant who has significantly impacted his field. As the co-founder, owner, and manager of Weller Pharmacy, Tarek has been recognized for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality healthcare services to the community. He is a recognized expert and trainer, training other pharmacists on safe medication practices, evidence-based decision-making, and legislative framework and regulations governing the pharmacy profession in Ontario. Tarek is a strong community leader, supporting community organizations and advocating for equity, diversity, inclusion, indignity, and accessibility. He is also a living wage champion and a sustainability advocate. Tarek is pursuing his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto's Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy with a special focus on global health.
