Norman, the Founder at Prosfata Inc., a one stop center for experienced newcomers and international students, has been working tireless to support international students at Queen's University and Carlton University to make the right career transition in Canada. This presentation is crafted from our extensive experience and the collective wisdom garnered from assisting countless individuals in not just finding a job but thriving in their chosen fields no matter how much odds are stacked against them

Norman Musengimana, has been a newcomer more than 7 times. If there is something I have come to appreciate, is the navigation of the nuances of being a newcomer.
 
With over 18 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about impact change, and economic development, as well as helping start-ups and entrepreneurs turn their ideas and concepts into sustainable businesses. As a Business Development Manager at Kingston Economic Development Corporation, I facilitate the growth and success of the local start-up ecosystem by collaborating with partners, providing resources, and guiding founders.
 
I have a unique background that combines academic excellence, international exposure, and social impact. I hold two Master's degrees in Leading Innovation and Change and Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as professional certifications in Performance Technology and GrowthWheel. I have volunteered and traveled to over 20 countries, working on social innovation and entrepreneurship projects. I also have a diverse skill set that includes new business development, strategic thinking, and presentation skills. I value respect, kindness, and lifelong learning, and I enjoy connecting with people, discovering new technologies, and exploring the world of patents and ideas.
