Join Sid, to uncover the interesting world of numbers within a Project through Earned Value Management. The session will cover the fundamentals of EVM and focus on the basics of project costs. The session will also include a DIY project explanation and a quick peek into an actual project EVM tool. Finally, a mental math session to get the basics right!

He has over 10 years of experience working with the Project delivery, Project controls and Engineering Management teams in different capacities. He has been a part of project teams that have delivered Railway projects in the UK, Denmark and Canada. He volunteers for the PEO, PMI-OVOC and Engineers of Tomorrow and likes to support young graduates and professionals to help them understand the industry better.
