Session Abstract:
Join Sid, to uncover the interesting world of numbers within a Project through Earned Value Management. The session will cover the fundamentals of EVM and focus on the basics of project costs. The session will also include a DIY project explanation and a quick peek into an actual project EVM tool. Finally, a mental math session to get the basics right!

Sid is a Project Manager with WSP and works within the Rail & Transit Industry. He has over 10 years of experience working with the Project delivery, Project controls and Engineering Management teams in different capacities. He has been a part of project teams that have delivered Railway projects in the UK, Denmark and Canada. He volunteers for the PEO, PMI-OVOC and Engineers of Tomorrow and likes to support young graduates and professionals to help them understand the industry better.
