Registration & Fee Information
✔️ All Registration is online. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque. You will receive confirmation and a receipt or invoice accordingly.
✔️ The email used for registration will be used for all communications, including changes to the event schedule.
✔️ If your email changes or have questions regarding the event, please email us at PMEvolve@pmiovoc.org
✔️ Once you confirm your registration online with an invoice or receipt you are considered registered.
✔️ For non-online payments, registration fees must be received by PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter no later than 1 week before the event or your seats cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions on where to send the payments, please contact PMEvolve@pmiovoc.org
✔️ To qualify for GST exemption, the company/organization you work for must be GST exempt, and the company must be paying (i.e., Company cheque or company credit card - No personal credit card(s).
✔️ No refunds for no-shows. Substitutions are accepted.
✔️ Registration deadline is on November 1, 2024, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
✔️ By registering for the event, all registrants agree to PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Event policies.
Cancellation Fees & Refund Policy

Please note that all registrations after November 1, 2024 will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.

To request a refund, you must email info@pmiovoc.org no later than 11:59 PM EST, on October 25, 2024. A $150.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.

Substitute names will be accepted up to November 1, 2024. Please email info@pmiovoc.org to make a name change.
