Rafsan Huseynov is a seasoned IT Program Manager with over 13 years of client-facing experience across a diverse array of industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, FinTech, EdTech, and IT. Rafsan has a master’s degree in applied economics and holds PMP, PMI-ACP, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, PMI Citizen Developer Business Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect and various other certifications and micro-credentials. As an evangelist for the citizen development approach, Rafsan empowers project managers to build their own technology solutions, championing a structured approach to the crafting of digital solutions.
