Session Abstract
In a world of rapid change and increasing complexity, project managers are challenged to deliver successful projects. We can be spending so much time searching for the answer when maybe it's the questions we're asking that can make the difference! This presentation will explore how the art of powerful questioning can be a game-changer in navigating this complex landscape.

Benjamin Chan is a Project Management Leadership Coach helping to transform overwhelmed project managers to become confident, strategic project leaders. He has over 20 years of industry consulting experience and has combined it with his project management of various projects to drive his unique approach to project delivery. Over his career, he noticed a gap of support for project managers, which has driven him to help provide coaching support to more project managers so that they can be more resilient, confident, and ultimately more successful.
In addition to his work, he also volunteers as a mentor for the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership (CCAL), hosts the project leadership-focused podcast, the Organized Chaos Café, and volunteered as a former VP of Professional Development for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter (SAC).
Ben graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and holds certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), PMO Certified Professional (PMOCP), Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
