The webinar will further provide information on building a resume and cover letter, launching yourself with LinkedIn, interview strategies, and how to stay motivated in a job search.

Vinica Mordani is a multi-dimensional leader and a Human Resources Business Partner with 6+ years of experience holding various managerial and consultant roles in diverse industries as well countries over the course of her career. Vinica wears many hats with expertise in projects spanning development and delivery of strategic initiatives, risk and change management, process improvement and a proven ability to effectively manage and mentor individuals from different walks of life.
Vinica has been a member and volunteer at PMI OVOC for 3+ years and her role as VP Membership revolves around establishment, implementation, assessment and ongoing oversight of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) efforts in PMI OVOC’s priorities, programs, and practices.

Sukhanya Sundaram is a Human Resources Professional with 2+ years of experience and has a strong background in Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Payroll and Employee Engagement. She currently works as a Talent Experience Specialist with Randstad Sourceright, where she oversees Onboarding, Payrolling and Employee Relations.
Alongside of that, Sukhanya had also been an active member of PMI Ottawa Valley Chapter. She worked with Programs and Volunteers portfolio collaboratively as Programs Coordinator and Volunteers Engagement Manager where she has overseen the planning of numerous professional development events and strategizing engagement activities to recruit and retain volunteers. Sukhanya is a people person who enjoys meeting new people and learning about them. She’s also an artist who is enthusiastic about different art forms, especially caricatures.
