Bios

Tammy Ward

TWard.jpgTammy is the Vice President, Eastern Canada of Roth IAMS and is responsible for the overall scheduling, monitoring and execution of projects and staffing in addition to managing employees and projects. Tammy has over 15 years of experience collaborating with clients and team members on integrated asset management strategies and capital planning projects and thrives on developing long term business partnerships. Tammy has experience working with projects across the U.S. and Canada including Local and Federal Governments, Healthcare, Education, and Corporate Industries.

Jean-Yves Carrier

JYCarrier.pngMr. Jean-Yves Carrier worked fourteen years in the federal and municipal levels of government, as a Senior Project Manager, a Project Management Advisor, a Chief Administrative Officer, a Director of Infrastructure and Planning, and as a Project Lead Engineer. Before then, his career began as an officer in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering branch serving 21 years in the Canadian Forces, where he was introduced to project management. Mr. Jean-Yves Carrier has been certified as a project manager professional (PMP) since 2015 after acquiring years of relevant experience in the field, including change management, system engineering and asset maintenance from cradle to grave. He is a team-builder, an adaptive leader and maintains a high standard of ethical behaviour.

John Paul Lamberti

download.pngJohn Paul (JP) has been a PMP since 2000. I moved from the private sector to the public sector in 2001 when I moved to Ottawa to join the federal government. I gained experience in progressively larger IM/IT projects from 2001 to 2015. Since 2015 I have worked on construction projects for Public Services & Procurement Canada managing larger projects. Over the years I have certified in Prince2, Scrum (a scrum master and as product owner), Change Management (Prosci certified) and in Managing Successful Programs (MSP) in addition to my PMP. I look forward to giving back to the project management community through the PMI mentoring program and am on my 3rd cycle with the PMIOVOC mentoring program.

She currently leads the PMO at Appficiency, Toronto as Client Director where she demonstrates success by planning and implementing effective procedures to increase service quality, project profitability and improving companywide effectiveness. Her industry experience includes working in Post-Secondary Education, Digital Marketing, Analytics & Insights, and SaaS Consulting while leading global teams. Amitabh Srivastava

Amitabh.Srivastav.jpgAmitabh Srivastav has deep knowledge of IG/IM and is a transformation strategist with over 25 years of PM experience. He has a strong portfolio of qualifications in strategy, transformation, and risk management. As VP, Compliance & Governance at HELUX.ai, he provides CxO/VP-level consulting advice on current technology trends, solutions, and best practices for digital transformation (DT) with a focus on content convergence, process improvement and automation, change and risk management, and governance and compliance. Amitabh participates in the development of standards, certification exams, and writes about DT. Recent contributions are Information Governance Body of Knowledge, 1st ed., CIP 2019 updated exam; Understanding Blockchain’s Role in Trusted Systems; ISO /FDIS 18759 Document management — Trusted storage sub-system (TSS) functional and technical requirements, Starting the Digital Transformation Journey in a Pandemic: Understanding Concepts and Enablers; and The Handbook of Archival Practice. He has presented at ARMA Canada, ARMA International, PMI OVOC, and SharePoint Saturday conferences. Amitabh is a member of ARMA, PMI, AIIIM, a VP and board member of AIIM True North Chapter, and a member of the Standards Council of Canada for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). His certifications include PMP, CIP, and IGP, and he has BCSc. (Honors), MSc. (Comp.Sc.), and MSc. (Proj.Mgmt.) degrees.
