Speaker Biography:
Iulia Madularu, P.Eng., ing. Ph.D.
I am a Structural Engineer, with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. I started my career doing design and research, then I have moved into Project Management, working for a General Contractor in the NCR. I have been with NCC for 6 years, progressively moving from Manager to Chief, Project Management to Director, Centre of Expertise. I am currently Acting Vice President, Design and Construction.
