Registration & Fee Information
- All Registration is online. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque. You will receive confirmation and a receipt or invoice accordingly.
- The email used for registration will be used for all communications, including changes to the event schedule.
- If your email changes or have questions regarding the event, please email us at symposium@pmiovoc.org
- Note: Once you confirm your registration online with an invoice or receipt you are considered registered.
- For non-online payments, Registration fees must be received by PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter no later than 1 week prior to the event or your seats cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions on where to send the payments, please contact symposium@pmiovoc.org
- To qualify for GST exemption, the company/organization you work for must be GST exempt, and the company must be paying (i.e., Company cheque or company credit card - No personal credit card(s).
- No refunds for no shows. Substitutions are accepted.
- Registration deadline is on November 5, 2023, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- By registering for the event, all registrants agree to PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Event policies.
CANCELLATION FEES & REFUND POLICY
Please note that all registrations after November 5th, 2023, will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.
To request a refund, you must email info@pmiovoc.org no later than 12:00 PM EST, on Thursday, October 27, 2023. A $150.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.
Substitute names will be accepted up to Thursday, November 15th, 2023. Please email info@pmiovoc.org to make a name change.
