Shaun Cahill, MBA, PMP, is an Adjunct Lecturer at Queen's University's Smith School of Business with over 20 years of experience in project management, IT development, and business analysis. Shaun has led major projects across North America, specializing in change management and enterprise project portfolio management. His career spans roles as a software developer, IT director, and project manager, and he has been instrumental in establishing one of the first Project Portfolio Offices in the Canadian public sector. Today, Shaun shares his deep expertise in project management, helping professionals navigate their careers and certifications to achieve their long-term goals in this dynamic field.
