Lunch & Learn - Indispensable Project Management Skills
Indispensable Project Management Skills
The pandemic has changed the way we work and live. Organizations and professionals needed to adapt to be able to cope with all surrounding constraints of the professional environment. Not only did we need to transform the way we work, but organizations also needed to develop different products and services to survive.
In the Project Management arena, significative movements are now radically changing the way we see projects and project management: the increasing agile presence in our work methods, a new PMP exam, a new PMBOK Guide, Disciplined Agile gaining popularity, a new Scrum Guide, and much more.
This presentation explains how these movements affect you and your career, what skills organizations are looking for in professionals like you and how you develop them. I’ll also give you hints, insights and concrete resources that you can start using right now to update your curriculum and your career plan, so you remain competitive and keep adding good value to your projects and the organizations you work for.
