Critical Path and Critical Chain - Can They Work in Harmony?

The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the application of the Theory of Constraints (ToC) to projects, including the five concepts associated with Critical Chain (CC), and how this would change the project’s course from failure to success. The discussion will include the review of a real-world project example that was impacted by multiple types of critical constraints, and how the proper implementation of the ToC would have changed the course of its outcome.
